You hereby agree and understand that all works (and derivatives thereof) constitute *‘works made for hire’.

It is agreed that the works uploaded shall be works made for hire within the meaning of the U.S Copyright Act. In submitting your works to Skribbl you are transferring all right, title and interest in the works,

You must only submit work that is your own and irrevocably assign all rights to Skribbl and its Users with full title and guarantee, by way of present and future assignment, all of your legal and beneficial rights, title and interest in the work.

Skribbl grants a worldwide, royalty free license which enables Users to download and use the works on site for any commercial or non commercial projects without the need for attribution to the original artists.

You hereby grant Skribbl and it’s Users an exclusive, irrevocable and perpetual license to reuse the uploaded work and as the supplier, waive any moral rights to reclaim work once it has been submitted.

*Works Made For Hire

WFH applies to a subset of works created by independent contractors, where in this instance the work is commissioned and created in the form of a contribution to a collective works – Skribbl.
