The role is open for someone who is mid-level to senior, but we need someone who can roll their sleeves up and get things done.

The role is also an equity-only based position with significant equity on offer depending on experience. It would also suit someone who already has a job and wants to build a start-up in their spare time, with a view to transitioning to a paid full-time role once the business is revenue generating.

  • Produce regular financial reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the company’s financial health and progress.
  1. Exit and Sale Preparation:
  • Play a pivotal role in preparing Skribbl for potential exit and sale by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Evaluate exit strategies and develop financial models to maximize shareholder value.
  • Conduct due diligence processes, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, and accounting teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize financial outcomes.
